Welcome to Apricot Mom!
The name simply comes from the fact that I'm a natural redhead as well as my oldest daughter. Growing up my dad always said I had apricot red hair and now being a mom the name just fit for this blog. Here is a place where I can use my creativity in the home, decorating and cooking in the kitchen. I use this as a place to fall for 'mommy time' when the kids are all tucked in bed. But 80% of the time the kids are helping me out making recipes and splashing a little paint around the house. Its more fun that way to experiment with the little munchkins and making some memories all at the same time!
